Warranty repairs are handled under Apple's terms. Out-of-warranty repairs are quoted before any work starts, so you always know the cost first.

What to expect when you visit
Check in
Bring your device to our service desk. We record the fault, your details and your proof of purchase.
Diagnosis
A certified technician tests the device and confirms whether it is a warranty repair or a paid one.
Quote & approval
For paid repairs we give you a quote first. Nothing goes ahead until you approve it.
Repair & pickup
We repair with genuine Apple parts and call you when it is ready. Turnaround depends on the fault and parts availability; we confirm it at check-in.
